When you’re in a 1v1 situation, a decoy grenade can be a game-changer. Throwing a decoy will create a red dot on the enemy’s mini-map, forcing them to pay attention to that location. This distraction can give you the upper hand by allowing you to reposition or set up an ambush.
Decoy grenades can be used to simulate the effect of a flashbang. When you throw a decoy, the enemy might turn away, thinking it’s a real flashbang.
