Navigating as an Attacker

In CSGO Nuke, the pathways for attackers are quite narrow, except for the outer area. The outer area provides a broad scenario for attackers to replenish their ammunition, given their strong shooting skills. However, it’s also a shooting range for CTs, with plenty of natural covers, making it a challenging spot for attackers. The key to success here lies in mastering the use of props.

Mastering the Inner Area

To prevent being targeted by CTs, attackers need to master the use of props in the inner area. Learning to effectively use the yellow room fire, main door smoke, and point flash can significantly enhance the efficiency of your inner area attack.

Conquering the Outer Area

In the outer area, understanding the use of line smoke is crucial. There are three variations: the regular line smoke, A team line smoke, and diagonal smoke. The regular line smoke is the simplest and most effective in disrupting the CTs’ defense formation. However, it requires a teammate to smoke the warehouse to avoid being picked off by defending team members.

The A team line smoke, though less commonly used, is highly effective. It not only allows teammates to descend to K1 safely but also suppresses the CTs’ outer back position. The diagonal smoke, on the other hand, extends the A team line smoke tactic. It allows for clearing the outer red box while sending a teammate to break through the main door.

Defending Nuke

Defending Nuke is all about mastering the details and accumulating experience over time. Key aspects include preventing rushes, communicating with teammates promptly, and understanding the props that prevent rushes.

Conclusion

Nuke is a challenging map, with its two-layer structure often confusing even professional players. It tests your understanding of the map and the time you’ve invested in mastering it. Moreover, the props in Nuke require substantial practice.  The rest is up to you and the hours you’re willing to invest in honing your skills.
